2024-2025 Studio Policies
The first day of class is Monday, September 9th.
September tuition will be prorated.
There will be a $25.00 registration fee per student due at the time of enrollment.
Monthly tuition will be charged to your card on file on the 20th of each month for the following month. Example - September tuition is due on August 20th.
A $15.00 late fee will be applied on the 1st of each month if tuition has not been received.
Tuition is the same each month regardless of the number of weeks in a month or student absences.
If a dancer is absent from a class, they will have two weeks to make up the missed class. Please reach out and make arrangements before attending the makeup class. Dancers must attend a makeup class of the same style they missed. (If you miss a combo class, you must make up a combo class. The only exception is Hip Hop.)
Please do not arrive at the studio more than 5 minutes early for your dancer's class. A parent or guardian must remain with their dancer outside until their class begins. Do not drop your dancer off.
Please do not use the fire lane to pick up and drop off your dancers. Please park your car in the parking lot and escort them to and from the building.
A $40.00 costume fee will be charged on October 10th, and the remaining $40.00 balance will be due on January 10th. NOTE: $80.00 per costume per dance.
Each dancer must purchase one of our recital bundles in the month of March.
NOTE: 1 Dancer - 1 Bundle | 2 Dancers - 2 Bundles | 3 Dancers - 3 Bundles
Dress Rehearsal is mandatory for all dancers.
As soon as we have a recital venue secured we will release the dress rehearsal and recital dates.
All fees are non-refundable.
Dancers will purchase their class attire and shoes from En Pointe Dance Company. The cost of these items will be added to your account and charged immediately. The cost of these items is subject to change based on market value.
Additional class attire and shoes purchased throughout the year may be subject to an additional shipping and handling fee.
Dancers are required to abide by the dress code. Dancers may be asked to sit out if they are not wearing the proper attire. This includes making sure their hair is pulled back and remembering their shoes.
The current cost for class attire and shoes is listed below. Please note the costs of items may change during the season. Your dancer will not need all of these items. The cost of the items below does not include shipping.

Tuesday, November 26th - Friday, November 29th - Thanksgiving Break (classes resume December 2nd)
Monday, December 23rd - Thursday, January 2nd - Winter Break (classes resume Monday, January 6th)
Monday, January 20th - Martin Luther King Jr. Day
Monday, April 14th - Monday, April 21st- Spring Break (classes resume Tuesday, April 22nd)
Monday, May 26th - Memorial Day (depending on recital date)
