Studio Policies
Tuition and Fees
-There will be a $20.00 registration fee per student due at the time of enrollment.
-August tuition will be prorated.
-Tuition will be posted and cards will be processed on the 25th of each month for the follow month. (August 25th for September)
-Tuition is paid monthly. Each payment is due on the 25th of each month. If no payment is made by the 5th, the account is overdue and a late fee will be applied.
-A $15.00 late fee will be applied on the 5th of each month if tuition has not been received.
-Tuition is the same each month regardless of the number of weeks in a month or student absences.
-We accept cash and card only as methods of payment.
-Dancers are required to abide by the dress code. Dancers may be asked to sit out if they are not wearing the proper attire. This includes making sure their hair is pulled back and remembering their shoes. (Dress code will not be enforced until students receive dress code bundle.)
-Dancer's will purchase a dress code bundle from En Pointe Dance Company. The bundle includes tights, leotards and all dance shoes they will need. Dance apparel will be handed out in class. (Please allow time for shipping.)
-The dress code bundle payment will be added to your parent portal and charged on July 25th or at the time of purchase to ensure a timely arrival.
-Dress code bundle prices are as followed.
Ages 2 3 4 5 (combo classes) - $91.00
Ages 5 and up - $169
-If your dancer does not need all items in the dress code bundle items can be sold separately.
-If a dancer is absent from a class they will have 2 weeks to make up the missed class. Please reach out and make arrangements prior to attending the makeup class.
-A $40.00 costume fee will be charged along with your tuition in November and the remaining balance will be due in February. NOTE: $80.00 per costume.
-There will be at $20.00 recital fee per student charged in April.
-Dress Rehearsal is mandatory for all dancers.
-All fees are non-refundable.
